Download KmerTrash from the App Store or Google Play.

Open the app and tap 'Register' to create your account.

Enter your name, phone number, and create a password.

Select your role: Household or Collector.

You're ready to go! The home screen will show your dashboard.

From the Home screen, tap 'Schedule Pickup' or the '+' button.

Enter your pickup address or use your current location.

Choose your preferred date and time slot.

Add any notes for the collector (e.g., 'Gate code: 1234').

Tap 'Schedule' to confirm. You'll receive a confirmation.

Once a collector is assigned, you'll receive a notification.

Open the job detail screen to see the collector's name and rating.

When the collector starts the job, a live map view appears.

Track their real-time location as they approach your address.

You'll be notified when they arrive.

After collecting your waste, the collector takes a photo as proof.

The proof photo is uploaded and attached to your job.

You can view the proof photo in the Job Detail screen.

Tap 'Validate' to confirm the pickup was completed properly.

If there's an issue, you can report it or cancel validation.

After validating a completed job, you'll be prompted to rate.

Select a star rating from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent).

Optionally add a comment about your experience.

Tap 'Submit Rating' to share your feedback.

Ratings help maintain quality across the platform.

KmerTrash works even without internet connection.

Schedule pickups, rate jobs, and complete actions while offline.

Actions are queued locally on your device.

When you're back online, everything syncs automatically.

A banner at the top shows your sync status and pending actions.
